Our faculty have over 50 years of
nursing education experience, combined.
Kathleen Baker, RN, MSN:
Program Coordinator: Kathleen comes to our organization with 20+
years of nursing experience. She previously developed the first
nurse aide training course offered at another local facility, and
administered the program for 7 years. She most recently was a professor
as a member of the nursing faculty at The Community Hospital School
of Nursing in Springfield, Ohio. In addition to her classroom and
clinical instruction, she developed a program for at-risk students
to help them succeed in their studies. She has been the coordinator
for the clinical labs, where the students gain confidence and skills
before having direct patient care. She continues to serve as part-time
nursing faculty at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio.
Debra Davis, RN, BSN:
Debbie comes to us from Sinclair Community College, where she was
a full-time member of the nursing faculty for the last 5 years.
With over 30 years of nursing experience, she is currently a candidate
for the Masters of Nursing Education degree. She continues to server
as part-time faculty for the Allied Health Technologies Department
at Sinclair, where she teaches Introduction to Allied Health Professions
and for the Early Childhood Education Department, where she teaches
First Aid and Communicable Disease. |
